⭐ Why I Ran This Lake
I did this lake because my personal trainer, Mike, said I should.
🏃♀️ The Run
After a morning of hiking at Griffis Sculpture Park with my husband, I ran around Cuba Lake. The run started and ended at Murdock’s Bar & Grill, though we finished early and it didn’t open until 4.
🗺️ Scenery Notes
Sporadic lake views with lakeside houses.
🍽️ Post-Run Fuel
We went to Moonwinks instead after the run. I passed it near the end of my loop and the outdoor deck area looked really nice. I got Alfredo with steak and a Mich Ultra.
🗒️ Notes for Next Time
Try Murdock’s if the timing lines up better next time. Carpie’s also would be a good option, but I’m pretty sure they don’t open until June.
