⭐ Why I Ran This Lake

Lake #25 felt like the perfect opportunity to do something a little different with the project. I had already made my way through 24 lakes between New York, Pennsylvania and Connecticut so for number 25, I decided to go international.

Professor’s Lake in Brampton, Ontario became my first Canadian lake loop!

🏃 The Run

I was feeling it during this run as I’d put in 20 miles the day prior but it was a perfect day to experience this lake during this long weekend.

🌅 Scenery Notes

Blue water, big open sky, and clouds reflecting on the lake made for a beautiful setting. There were a lot of people out enjoying this gorgeous day.

It was a very different landscape from many of the lakes I’ve looped so far, which made getting to #25 feel even more special.

🍽️ Post-Run Fuel

Calamari, vegetarian Alfredo and garlic bread with a coke at Tracks Brew Pub up in Brampton. Nate and I really liked this place and highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to try out in Brampton.

There are a couple other lakes in the Brampton area I’d like to check out… so I will be back!
